ok so the other day I asked God if he wonted me to go to SWAZILAND and It was a No so I’m not going and thats ok because he has something bigger plain for me this year.

Ok so hear it is I need a lot of help because I full that God is calling me to go to SWAZILAND

and my Family is running into some hard times. And need to raise $2,100 by 4-14-08 and

I also need a lot prays

All On My Own

So I have move in and I love this. I live 10 min. for the Church and work. Which is good because now I don’t have to be in the car all the time. Its nice and sometime quiet. Have been working more and thats all I have been doing right now. Have to go and get ready for Elevate tonight

Ok so I know it has been along time and all. But I have done it I’m in my own place and I just movie in and I’m unpacking thing and but thats about it for know got more boxs to go though

ok so I have been working a lot at work and had no time to  got job hunting. But I have been looking for apartment and I hope to move out of my house soon. It is time to get my own place.

It is time to say goodbye

So for the last 2 years I have been working at Starbucks and about a week ago I had it. I gave my boss my 2 weeks and Let me tell you how happy I have been. Things are looking good I have 2 jobs that look hopeful. One is a Bank and the other is at Whole Foods. The one I wont the most is Whole Foods. But it is in Gods hands and its whatever Gods wont. This weekend was the Elevate retreat and It was the best weekend of my life. I had so much fun. well got to go and call my pathfinders girls.

And by the way Elevate is going to Africa.

The Dumb Things I Do

So today I walk up not in a bad moods but one of those moods where you don’t wont to do anything at all. Well that was me. I had to be at work at Noon and I was going to work just listing to My Ipod and just driving. OK so when I got to work I tried off my Ipod and locked my Doors and went in to work I was about 10 min yearly and went to sit down to her my book the I just got back from a Friend “Thorn in my Heart” by Liz Curtis Higgs. Good book by the way. So it noon and I go looking for my work keys which are on my some key chain as my car keys. when I could not find them I went to my car. when I was waking to my car I saw that my lights were on then when I got to my car find out that my car was run and the doors where locked. I then did the one thing all girls do (or I hope they do) call Daddy to come and fix the day. He sent my mom (thanks Dad). So here I’m with my car smoking because it is overheating and I can not turn it off and mom is on her way with the Key. Dad called and tell me to busted out the window and turn off the car. So here I’m with a Brick and about to bust out my window when Cody and Jonathan were telling me not to do it. well Miss Beth which she comes in to the store all the time to get her daily fix of coffee sand she could get into my car . So for about 5 min she tired to get in my car and could not so I went to bust out the window and when I went for it the window would not brake so she went back and tired again. And out of nowhere this man come and he got the door open and we got the car turned off . That man  who came  out of nowhere was Gods way of tell me that He is and will all was be with me. So that was my Day. O and my car still runs fine.   

Christmas time is here

So it is Christmas time and I know a lot a people forget what the mean of Christmas is. This is the time that a long time ago that God sent his one and only son to the earth to be born. Jesus came to save us from sin. Well this year I wonted something that would matter. A gift in my name for someone that is in need. So I asked my mom and dad to donate money to Would Vision. So I hope they will.

AND THE DAYS GO BY

So It has been days or you can say weeks since the last time I have blog. Well so what have been up to do you wont to know. With work it has been crazy with all the Christmas stuff that is out at the store and then there is Thanksgiving which I will be working because will are having Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday because we are all working on Thursday. so what has been going on with ELEVATE is that a couple of weeks ago I had to do this preaching topic it need to be 10 minute long and well mine was 3 minute long but everyone said it was very good so I thought I would sear it with you and you tell me what you think.

Speaking up in Faith

I have a hard time speaking up in faith. There were times in the past that I would not speak up, when my friends where doing things that I know were wrong. I would just go along with it. With out tell them how I really felt about what we where doing. I know that it was wrong but I wanted to be in the group. So have any of you had that problem where you know that it was wrong but you wanted to fit in, wonted to belong, be in the “in crowd”. Just went along with them so they would think that you were cool. So why do we need to fit in? Why do we need to be in the “in crowd”? Like why do we need to be of the world? Jesus said in John 17:16 “they are not of the world even as I am not of it”. What we need to learn from this verse is “we need to be of the world but not in the world”. We need to go out it to the world and lead by our action when we know that it is wrong. We need to speak up. Don’t let some one talk you into doing something that you know is wrong and not of God. I’m going to leave you with this think what would happen if we did not stand up and speak out for what we believe in. There would be more wars, valiance in the world that we live in today. People need to stand up for Christianity in today’s world. So the future generation will still have something to believe in and to stand up and fight for what they believe in.
